Fall in the air

Fall was in the air this week....it had me thinking of those early fall outfits that I love so much....

I have this dress in green (here), and I am totally stalking it in this khaki color (which is on SALE!).  I love it because it goes across seasons. I can wear it now with wedges and in the fall with boots. And. it is SO comfortable. Seriously, I could wear it every wee.

I don't need to tell anyone why I love this C.Wonder sweater (here)...

or this....seriously...this bracelet (here) would be a great addition to any bracelet stack! 

And these Frye Boot...love the two toned brown(here). I know they are expensive, but 6pm often has a good selection (if you can find your size), and Fryes are worth every.single.penny. They are the only boots that I find that don't hurt my feet, and I am on my feet all day. 

and YES it is early to think boots, but you can usually get a sale if you buy early or late!

Loving this Nanette Lepore suit at 6pm...I have a love of all things blue and white. (you'd know this if you saw the inside of my house!)

                                      

I got this suit earlier this year during a visit to Florida. I love it. Seersucker, ruffles, and a bandeau (I have a pet peeve of bad tan lines...)

This j.crew mint dress is calling my name. How great would this be with a tan and some fun accessories!

Boot love

In addition to handbags, I have a boot problem.  I wear them every single day from fall until the spring (in Seattle this meant I wore boots 9 months a year)
 I am meticulous in caring for them, so they last forever.  Frye is by far my favorite. They last twice as long as any other brand....making them worth every penny. In the past, my boots were toast after just one season! And for once, having big feet pays off....as I have scored every pair of frye's I own on sale.  (woot!).

I am eyeing up these. I love the color.....and that they work with black and brown. They'd be darling with a belted jersey black tee dress and fun scarf...AND...they are on sale. Must not buy. Must not buy. 6pm is a great site for discount shoes. It takes some time to find things in your size, but worth it.

I also am loving these clarks'. I wore them on a photo shoot, and they are super comfortable. Also more rugged than my other leather boots, but more refined than a rubber rain boot.  Pricey, but worth stalking....also Gore-Tex...
